Sirloin Steak, Mac+Cheese, Mocha Mud Pie – TGI Friday’s @ Pavilion KL

Dinners at TGI Friday’s is always satisfying. TGI Friday’s at Pavilion KL is the same with the same great food. The only problem is I wish I have a stomach of a cow to fit in all those great food.

Fried Mac & Cheese
Fried Mac & Cheese

Fried Mac & Cheese is very irresistible (imagine macaroni & creamy cheeses fried to golden perfection), but too much of these can make one’s easily satiated. What about the main course?

Parmesan-Crusted Sicilian Quesadillas with Bacon
Parmesan-Crusted Sicilian Quesadillas with Bacon

Parmesan-Crusted Sicilian Quesadillas with Bacon is tortillas packed with sautéed chicken, sausage, bruschetta marinara, bacon and oozing with Monterey Jack cheese. The tortillas are coated with Parmesan. From the picture, it may looks like a small serving but trust me, the tortillas are very filling but crispy and way too delicious to be wasted.

TGI Friday’s regulars should know Classic Sirloin Steak is one of the favorites. A well-done Classic Sirloin Steak with Cajun Cream is juicy and creamy, unlike most steaks which can be too dry and juiceless. With Cheddar Mashed Potatoes as the side dish, this meal is truly filling.

Mocha Mud Pie
Mocha Mud Pie

While the main course of Classic Sirloin Steak and Parmesan-Crusted Sicilian Quesadillas with Bacon are satisfying, the ultimate dish is of course, Mocha Mud Pie, my favorite dessert of all time. Even Chili’s Molten Chocolate Cake is no match for Mocha Mud Pie. If you are in TGI Friday’s, you must never miss this. Despite the full stomach, we managed to gorge down this truly great dessert, satisfying to every bit!

Blue Curacao Soda @ Hot & Cold Drink, Food Republic @ Pavilion KL

There are two drink stalls in Food Republic (not counting Toastbox), one of them is Hot & Cold Drink, which obviously sells hot and cold beverages.

Blue Curacao Soda is one hell of an exotic drink. The drink keeps you wanting more. At RM 5.00, the drink is still cheaper than any ice-blended drinks at any cafes.
